It's quite interesting that in many cities these shops stay out of the digital world, and maybe that's the beauty behind it? As you've probably seen many times, once a business scales, it loses the 'real' beauty and the meaning of why it was created, especially when it becomes a product for the masses. So I'd say I appreciate small shops and cafes run by families, and I'd love for them to have a lot of sales while staying authentic.
